1. Data you provide us
If you contact us with a comment or query, including through feedback forms and/or bug report forms within the Service, we keep a copy of any personal information you provide. This way, we can reply to your comments and questions as a part of our commitment to providing you with player support. If you contact us directly for any reason, we also keep a copy of that correspondence. Information provided this way is strictly retained until the issue is resolved.
2. Data we collect automatically
We sometimes collect data about your game progress in an anonymous format, and for the sole purpose of enhancing and improving the Service as a whole. This is not true for the Service as a whole, but applies to some specific games within our whole catalog. These data is collected via anonymous events such as: number of games played, unlocked content, score.
In case of an error and/or application crash, we collect data and information (henceforth “Log data”) through third party products such as device name/model, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, an Identification number and/or description of the error, the time and date of the error, and other technical statistics which help identify the nature of the error.
3. Data we collect from our partners
You can sometimes opt in to use third party tools within the Service (such as Facebook, Steam, or Google). We are not responsible for the information you give to these third party tools, but we have the right to access a subset of this information according to their Privacy Policies (see “Third party service providers”). These data is comprised of an account name (if applicable) and other statistics, and is used solely for analytics purposes, so that we can provide you with a better Service overall.
Who can see your data
Apart from Cranio Creations, your data can be accessed by PARTNERS WORKING FOR CRANIO CREATIONS.
In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.
We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.
Sensitive information
Sensitive information includes information about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional body, criminal records or health information.
We will not attempt to obtain nor record any sensitive information.

Tracking of Log data is automatically managed through a third party tool which is provided by the technology (henceforth, “the Engine”) used to build the basic components of the games.

Advertisements from third party ad networks may be displayed in our Games from time to time. All reasonable endeavors are used to ensure that these ad networks comply with all applicable legislation in the provision of their services towards us.

Some of this may be personal information, and some of it non-personal information. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 13.
