In accordance with art. 13 of the Legislative Decree dated 30.06.2003 n. 196 art. 13 of the European Regulation No 2016/679 (GDPR) with reference to the personal data which are intended to be object of the process, we will give you the foĺlowing information:

The personal data you provide will be recorded and stored on electronic media products and processed with appropriate security measures in order to protect your data.

Data generated to access to the website www.craniocreations.it

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate on the website www.craniocreations.it/en, during their normal operation, acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
This data such as domain names, IP addresses, operating systems, browser type used for the connection, are not accompanied by any additional personal information and are used:
i) for anonymous statistical information on site usage;
ii) to manage the monitoring requirements of how to do so;
iii) to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of such data is the need to make use of the functionality of the site after the user logs on.

Data provided voluntarily by users

Personal data provided through forms filled out, are collected and processed for the following purposes:
a. to send periodically promotional newsletters via email and/or marketing, advertising, Special offers or to participate in market research and analysis.
The legal basis to legitimate the processing is the issue of a contract of which the person concerned with data is a party of it ,or the implementation of pre-contractual measures required by the same party. In the cases expressly established forth the legal basis is the consensus freely provided by the person concerned.

Category of recipients of the data

An updated list of data processors and People in charge of data processing is kept at the registered office of the holder of the processing data. The processing of the collected data is carried out by people internal to Cranio Creations S.r.l, identified and authorized for this purpose in accordance with the specific instructions given by the law. The collected data, if necessary or instrumental for the processing of the stated purposes, must be handled by third parties appointed as external processors or, depending on the case, appointed as holders of the processing.

Data transfer

The personal data are stored on servers located in the European Union. In any case the holder, if necessary, shall have the right to move servers also outside the EU. In that case the holder ensures immediately that the transfer of data outside the EU will be according to the legal provisions applicable.

Data retention period

The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and even after the completion of all legal obligations as well as for a period of 24 months for future commercial purposes.

Rights and methods of treatment
In accordance with art. 13 paragraph 2 letter “b” and “m” 15, 18. 19 and 21 of regulation we shall inform the person concerned that he/she:
a. has the right to ask Cranio Creations S.r.l., as data holder , the access to personal information, correction , cancellation or limitation of processing or to oppose to their processing in the forseen cases;
b. has the right to propose, as the individuals concerned, a complaint to the authority for the protection of personal information, by following the steps and signs posted on the official website of the competent data protection authority;
c. any adjustments or cancellations or restrictions of processing carried out at the request of the person concerned, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort, will be communicated by Cranio Creations S.r.l. to each of the addressees referred by the personal data transmitted.

Cranio Creations will inform the concerned as recipients S.r.l. If the party concerned requires it. The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraint and it is free.

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded and its communication in an intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to be informed about:
a) origin of personal data;
b) the finalities and formality of the processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing with electronic instruments;
d) the identification of designated individuals;
e) categories of people to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives in the State territory, as responsible or entrusted

The person concerned is entitled to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) cancellation, making anonymous or blocking of the data processed illegally, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification of the operations in letter a) and b)) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to oppose, totally or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct selling, for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

To Communicate Information about our Products, Services, Events and for Other Promotional Purposes

When you consent, we will send you marketing communications and news concerning Cranio Creations’ products, services, events and other promotions that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out at any time after you have given your consent.

a) Direct and Indirect Marketing Marketing
If you are an existing customer of Cranio Creations (for example, if you have placed an order with us), we may use the contact details you provided to send you marketing communications about similar Cranio Creations’ products or services where permitted by applicable law (unless you have opted-out). In other cases, we ask for your consent to send you marketing information. In order to use your data, we need you to request your express agreement by affixing a specific “Flag”. Please note that all the direct marketing activities (conducted by Cranio Creations srl for its own projects) and indirect marketing activities (conducted by Cranio Creations srl for third-party) is intended to collect and use relevant and limited (to what it is necessary) data compared to the purpose for which it has been treated, to elaborate studies, research, market statistics, to send information and advertising materials, to send commercial information, to make commercial interactive communications.
TThe profiling activity consist, instead, in information gathering on profiles of companies and actively participating entities to events and projects promoted by Cranio Creations Srl in order to improve provided services based on customer needs who expressed specific consent. With referent to the marketing activities and profiling, please note that, in case of lack or specific consent of the treatment by the user, it will not be possible to perform the above-mentioned activities.

b) Personalization
We may use the information that you provide to us as well as information from other Cranio Creations’ products or services – such as your use of Cranio Hero Platform, your participation in Cranio Creations events and contests – to personalize communications on products and services that may be interesting for you. In doing so, we may combine the information you provide to us with information that we create about your online activity, including internal insights and analysis.
